The apartment had previously been purchased “on paper” by our client. It is a property inserted in a building with three other residential units. We have therefore faced a project already drawn up to 90% in which we have included only a few minimal changes, such as obtaining for example a space in the corridor of the sleeping area, where we inserted a wardrobe. We enlarged the master bathroom and completely redesigned the layout of the furniture for the kitchen / living and bathroom area.
After the choice, shared with the client, of a faux wood-fired stoneware, we moved on to the construction of plasterboard and ceiling lighting, and to the installation of the furniture.
Kitchen’s layout, the true heart of the living area, includes 4 columns that end with an open compartment made of oak, that contrasts with a very functional peninsula for preparation and cooking operations, for moments of conviviality, and also give the opportunity to check the activities of the little boy last arrived in the family.
The anthracite gray chosen for the doors contrast with the oak wood floor and snack top. The top in k-proof natural stone, with a flamed surface, perfectly matches the color of the doors and guarantees professional performance in terms of durability, wear, temperature resistance and acid resistance.
The lighting is determined by two needs, a technical / functional one: lighting lines and spotlights embedded in plasterboard, and aesthetics and atmosphere:with indirect lighting of the LINEA pendant, also in solid oak.

The mill with three millstones started in 1391, by means of the stream […]
