The renovation of the kitchen of “Villa Candussio” arises from the need to update the concept of kitchen according to today’s declination, where the kitchen becomes the central housing fulcrum.
After a new functional layout, a k-proof stone table was installed, a hybrid working space and dining table, providing an illumination capable of maintaining the natural and artificial photodynamic balance of integrated light LEDs, sensors presence and dimmer, that creats luminous evocative situations.
Located in the middle of the room, the table ensures a harmonious communication between the exterior, the adjacent living area and the area reserved for the specific activities of the room.
The laminated wood wall cupboard, with a huge capacity, is associated with the stone on the working space and wall, providing a resistant surface. It is well integrated both to the flooring and to the wall, including spatula inserts in cement mortar, They are both covered with opaque Piacentina stone with grazing lighting.
The 3D material coverings created by the artist Candussio complete the visual experience, a previous experience, and even more than that of cooking and living.
